Sony Xperia Ion Problems Continue Despite Multiple Services

I bought a sony Xperia Inon (LT28H)on 12th October 2012, The phone has been to Sony service center multiple times. Last time sony kept it for more than 20 days to replace its PCB it still did not resolve the issue. The phone was again submitted to sony on 11th of October 2013 and is with Sony since last 11 days and (Work order : W113101703168). every time i contact sony they are telling me to wait more with no solution.

I invested Rs. 36,000.00 on the device which has been of no use to me as its constantly in repairs with sony. I want sony to either give me a device valued more than or equal to my purchase amount or refund me my purchase amount.
