BSNL Penta Tablet Not Being Serviced by Customer Care

Respected Sir/Mam, I am Ankit Bargale from Indore. I purchased a BSNL Penta IS-709C Tablet from snapdeal.com. Within 4 to 5 months, my tablet’s touch failed. When i submitted it to service center, they said me it will take one and a half month’s time to get serviced. I gave it for servicing and have the job sheet also. My product is also under warranty. But when i call at the support center, They say that this specific model’s parts are not being manufactured yet. So you will have to wait for a long time to get your tablet repaired. Instead of saying that your tablet will be repaired, they say that we have an offer thet if you pay rs.500, you will get a tablet penta is701c. When i asked that will it be new? They said no. It will not be new and will also not be under any warranty.

I am very disappointed from this company’s tablet. I am also disappointed with the company’s servicing and the response given from the service center.

Why should i pay even a single rupee if my product is under warranty?? Why should i pay rs.500 for an old tablet??? If they are not able to repair my tablet, they should give me a brand new tablet and that too free of cost. Either they should give my tablet in good condition or give me a new one absolutely free of cost as my product is under warranty.
