I am satyendra jain and my Tata DoCoMo Mob no is-+918904893213.today i have activated a 7rs. plan that is 20p/MB. and i got subscription successful massage at 03:47PM.The Massage is- You have subscribed to GPRS7 Rs. 7.00 for 30days through USSD. Enjoy rate cutter 20p/MBfor 30Says.Bal:11.14 at 2013-10-22 15:44, REF ID-19586907. And i used one to two minutes Google search and my balance is deducted from my account totally.now i have 0.00rs balance in my account.so i called to customer care and tell her everything but she disconnect my call without answering me.so i massaged DATA and send to 121 and i received a massage that is- Dear customer, last 5 data usage: Date 22-oct,time 04:38Pm,usage 321KB rs3.2,date 22-oct,time 04:18 PM, usage 2KB rs 0.1,date 22-oct,time 03:56PM,usage 437KB rs 4. When i activated plan so why the charge is too high and i don’t used such amount of data that deduct 11 rs from my account. and i complaint on there site so they reply me too many inappropriate reason that’s you have activated more than 5 special plan that’s why your plan is not activated and so on.

I want my total money back and also they waste my time as well as they treated me like i am a liar so i want to claim of 100,000 rupees.
