Sony Xperia mobile – Defective Phone Sold to me

Complaint • I have purchased a Sony Xperia mobile (Model: M Single Sim C1904 IMEI Code: 358096058743242) on 26/12/2013 at Poorvika Mobiles (P) Ltd, B.O. Door No.105 E.V.N Road, Erode-11.vide Invoice cum delivery challan No. 16966 dt. 26/12/2013. Price of my mobile is : Rs.13700/-(Rupees Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred) • Within two days, I found that the mobile sold to me was defective one. (i.e. it is has charging problem). • I approached, Poorvika Mobiles (P) Ltd, B.O. Door No.105 E.V.N Road, Erode-11 on 02/01/2014 regarding the above problem and requested them to provide new mobile by replacing this defective one. Once again I approached them for same request on 4/1/2014. • But, they are not interested to consider my request and also they advised me to approach service centre to rectify my problem. • Because of this I was fully disappointed and felt that as a customer I have been cheated by them. • Then, on 04/01/2014 I have given my mobile for service in a centre at erode, they ensured that my mobile was defective and my problem was partially solved also they changed my IMEI code. Still it has heating problem.

Relief: 1. I would like to replace my mobile with new one at free of cost by them. 2. I requests compensation for causing me difficulties (Mentally suffered) by not considering my request. 3. They have to give transport expenses which incurred by me.
