i had purchased a sony xperia SP phone on 13/12/2013 from Trivandrum (Twin Mobile). i had few issues with the mobile from 3rd week of purchase (low battery life, no signal detection and major problem is speaker not working). I had taken to service center for rectification, they didnt even check the set but they said that they dont have speaker spare and asked me to give phone a week but then if speaker comes they would repair it. And they just did software updation and cleaned the speaker. now a week later i have same problem with speaker. Even when i wanted to exchange the set with new one they simple refusing it. i’m moving to chennai on friday i want it to repair as soon as possible. Even now they dont have spare speaker and not ready to replace the set. I want to know if this is how you do service. i need a repair as soon as possible. I would like to know what is the criteria for replacing a faulty phone minimum requirement for a phone is usage of speaker if even its absent then whats use of getting SmartPhone from Sony. I looking forward for your support for replacing this faulty phone with a brand new same phone without any complaints ie Phone should be in working condition
