Spice Jet – Booking failure working at resolving the issue

1) Date of Booking: May 1st, 2015 Time of Booking: 17:16:53 hrs I have made the transaction of Rs 21384 Spice Jet for booking Return tickets from Delhi to Goa on 1st May, 2015 around 5:20 PM in the evening. I called the customer care immediately to notify them about the booking failure. They lodged my complaint on May 1st, 2015 (Complaint No. CR/344228/2015 )(PNR:- K3WGFV). When I called, the Customer service representative on May 1 they assured me that i will get the amount refund in 18 working days. 2) Follow up call and e-mail : May 4, 2015 I followed up with them on their customer care phone no and they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours and got an email reply from custrelations@spicejet.com acknowledging the transaction failure and they are “working at resolving the issue” and will keep me informed time to time. 3) Follow up call and email: May 10, 2015 I replied on the same e-mail thread regarding the issue and called the customer care but got no positive response. 4) Follow up call and e-mail: May 15, 2015 Called the customer care again and also mailed to e-mail id nodalofficer@spicejet.com. But the reply was same and cold “noted the details and shall update you at the earliest”. 5) Follow up email and call: May 20, 2015 I send the mail again on email id : appellateauthority@spicejet.com and Got no response of email. 6) Follow Up of call: May 21, 2015 I Called the Customer service representative on May 21,2015 and they again asked me to wait for another 7 to 10 working days.

I want my money as soon as possible and want the authorities to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other consumer.
