Spice Jet – Internal error amount debited three times

Incident 1:- On 21st April i was trying to book online colombo/chennai round trip for 27th of April at spicejet website. When I was up to payment page it gave me an error message called “internal error” so I tried it few times. Later I found out it charged 3 times from my credit card each INR 27654. Right away I called customer service in india first I spoke to somebody named Sumith he said he will help me to book this over the phone and he will reverse my over charged payment too. I was on the phone for 58 minutes with him and line got cut due to the low balance on my cell phone. Then I attempt to call them over the land phone and again I was on the phone with Nithin Varma for another 40 minutes and he said he will reversed the full payment but it will take 24hours to update. I told him to transfer my call to a manager he said he can’t do that, and managers are on a meeting but when i told him that nothing can be more important than a customer he said that they don’t won’t to come to the phone. Now my credit card is charged more than 1,80,000 sri lankan rupees, and i can’t book a flight until my payment is reversed. Whole purpose of my visit to India is visiting thirupathi with my son for 2 days. I have traveled lots of major airlines and budget airlines around the world never had such a terrible experience. So far i’ve spent thousands of rupees on phone bills just for waitinf to get onto a customer service representative. For my emails i’m getting a auto response no action has been taken. Incident 2:- On 28th of April 9pm i came to Chennai airport spicejet check in desk.lady at the counter said my sister can’t travel as her name on the ticket is different from her passport she wanted us to talk to the chief immigration officer at the airport. Which we did, and immigration officer cleared us, and when we came back to the lady of the spicejet she said even though immigration cleared us airline can’tlet us fly. She forced us to cancel the air ticket and booked a new one. We didn’t have money, and the ATM at the airport wasn’t functioning. Basically we begged money from a passanger we know waiting to check in. so we bought another ticket for INR 8450, but she didn’t return any money for cancelled ticket. my sister’s name is Champa Shiromie Silva, and the ticket was booked as Champa Devapura, which is her maiden name. please help me to recover my money, a

i need them to reverse my money they charged from credit card and it’s interest plus amount for the cancelled ticket at the airport
