Spice Mobile Customer Repair Service Harrasment

Please refer to above mail as sent by you . It is hereby intimated again that still my Spice mobile handset as mentioned above is not received from your company and it is more than a month now.
Even I had received a phone call from your company , that the above mentioned Mobile Set will be delivered to you by latest Wednesday 17-9-2014. Now today is 20-9-2014 , still no news regarding my set from your company.
It seems that company is only selling the mobile phones and least bothered about the faults in sets thereafter and there is no time frame set by your company by which repaired set will be delivered to the sufferer . I again bestow your kind attention in this regards and with handhold i again plead that I am suffering very much without my set and it is requested that my set should be got repaired and may be delivered to me at an earliest.

Complaint Escalation
The process of complaints started on 24 August 2014 and still your company has not repaired my phone as on today 3 Oct 2014 and your company is only replying with a request to give more time . Subscriber is suffering and no repair time limit is there in your company . I have pleaded a lot also in this regards to you ,as can be seen through above trailing mails also and your service center and it seems nothing is being done to sort out my problem . Even some official had spoken to me from spice , with a assurance that i will get my set with in 5 days and even it is more than two weeks now since that assurance . I am feeling that I am being left to suffer in respect of my mobile set and the company is least bothered about my mobile , even though the set is still in warranty period and that too after spending 10000 /- Rs . I once again request to do needful at an earliest and please return my set in working condition.
