SpiceJet Airlines – Non Inssuance of e-ticket

SpiceJet Airline Ticket Transaction was completed at 8.50 am. They got the fare at the same time. but i did not get the confirmation but got a mail that soon i will get the e ticket. i talked with customer care several times to take action asap else the offer will expire. they assured that they are looking at the matter and got the confirmation that soon I will get the e ticket.telephonic conversation can be checked. So I did not try to do the ticket again as it was non refundable too.

Their confirmation mail is self explanatory. I was confirmed at 10.10 am that the fare is changed so i did not have other option rather to tell them to refund the same. ultimately i lost. tickets fare changed and now my friend is unable to go home. few questions, 1. why they have taken too long to confirm (transaction was done at 8 50 am and i have got the confirmation that the fare is changed at 10.10 am)? 2. when they got the money at around 8 50 am why did they not take steps immediately to get the ticket confirmed? (by investigation it can be clearly found out upto which time the offer was valid. Definitely the offer was valid for a while even after the transaction was carried out.)

My friend who was about to go home after a long time, would not be able to go home. She is going through mental trauma.
