I have enrolled for ODBA certificate on 30/06/13 at SQL Star International Limited 201, Aggarwal Cyber Plaza – I, 2nd Floor, Plot No. C -4,5,6, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034 The Total certification cost Rs.25927/- submitted on 30-06-2013 for 14/07/13 Weekend Batch (20 weekends) The offerings were to facilitate the student with 3 Modules/certification of ODBA. We were assured of getting Rs. 2000/- discount on Oracle OCA certificate exam.

1).The certification program was not completed. 2).The Promised refund amount was not refunded even after proper e-mail communication. 3).The institute was involved in direct forgery. 4).There was no intimation from the institute regarding any type of compensation.

1). The promised compensation amount should be returned. 2). The certification should be rescheduled by the company or via any other institute offering the same Certification Program. 3). The institute should apologize and pay for the sufferings of the students.
