My ticket number is 5680673 My pick up point was at Hari mandir at 10 pm I was being informed by the SRS bus station that there will be a pick up bus numbered 9097 and it will arrive at 9.30pm I was at the point at 9 pm near royal cold drinks @ Hari mandir.. Till 10 pm I was waiting there and there was no one to pick me. I called SRS station on +91 831 420 1775 and they tell me the bus came at the point at royal cold drink @ hari mandir and no one was there so it left.. Which is a total lie.. I was waiting at the same point.. Also no one bothered to call me.. And was asked to come by an auto which cost me 200 bucks.. When i visited the office and spoke to the people at office theu say that they had never called me… How else would I get the number you idiots.. This was my first booking to srs and i am highly disappointed… Never seen such a worse attitude by the company… I am nevet going to book any tickets from sms ever also i will make sure this goes on the blog and social sites.. WORST SERVIXE EVER BY SRS… ALSO THE PEOPEL AT BELGAUM OFFICE ARE TOTAL LIERS… there was a complain number on the ticket to which i called.. They told me on face dont call us call the office directly… Very worst and fucking experience with srs travels… This is my last journey with srs.. Also i will make sure my family also nevrt travels by this service…
