I had personally visited to samsung gallery in ghatkopar west to show a minor problem which can be sorted easily by the gallery hardware section, we have ask to wait for more than 45 min to get our turn, as still i am having a warranty and which is about to expire on 12th of this month i thought to go and check service because its in warranty, i purchase a samsung galaxy grand quattro mobile on Last Dasshera at 16,300/- INR, The problem in my device is only my home key is not working smoothly but when i press it little harder it works and this problem i am having since more than 9 months but due to a minor problem i refused to go & visit the gallery, The person who attend me he has just open all the screw and he removed the mother board from mobile and he said there is water inside and i challenge you that your mobile will stop working within 15 days, i again request him and told that i am here with the problem of home key so u concentrate with the button, then he started arguing with me and he take the photos of my mobile stating that i will email to our higher people and Request them to not entertain you in future.Then i ask for the charges to repair, answer from his side is 6,500/-INR, HE HAS DONE NOTHING, ONLY ARGUMENT AND I CAN SAY THAT HE TRIED TO FOOL ME BECAUSE INSTEAD OF MY WARRANTY BILL THESE GUYS DO NOT ENTERTAIN THAN WHAT IS THE USE OF SUCH WARRANTY. THE COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE THERE ALL THE GALLERY IF THEY CANT GIVE SERVICE.
