Onida Air Conditioner Problems – Review

I had purchased an Onida air conditioner in April 2014. My a/c went out of order and I booked a complaint on Onida helpline number on 01.10.2014 but till date the complaint is not redressed nor there is anybody to listen. I have made several desperate reminder calls thereafter Whenever I call the helpline number either nobody picks-up or they give some fake numbers of their service staff which never connect. I, therefore, need your intervention to get my complaint redressed. I have all the relevant documents i.e. invoice, complaint number etc.
