Karbonn Mobile Touchscreen Problems Unresolved

I bought a Karbon mobile on 25 march 2014. Incidentally the touch of mobile was not responsive and i referred this to local authorized service center of Karbon mobile on 16th august 2014. The phone was repaired after 45 days after a much followup. Still the touch replaced was a local touch not working properly. After a complaint to manager of service center the touch was again replaced with correct touch pad for which i paid 1000 rs. irrespective of warranty guidelines. The side panel of phone was also broken by service center for which they realized their fault and assured to repair within 7 days.

Request a karbon mobile to repair the phone within certain time or replace it with a new mobile if still the parts are not available. Also request a refund of 1000 rs. which was taken for touch pad replacement as the phone was in warranty period.
