I got it reckoning 23.9.14 fm Voda s tore West Patel ngr after confirming fm them only.I got only Rs.15.80 in my bal.lmmediately i call 198 they said 4hrs. mein ho jayaga.then after 4hrs.again call exe.said 24 hrs.mein ho …..again call exe. said msg ko 144 par fwd kar do apne aap bal. Aa jayaga.but all in vain.Then i visited K. Bagh metro stn.voda store tell them my problem. Afterthat he demanded msg details.details. Ishown him inbox msg.then after satisfying he filed my compl. No.SR2491938804/25.9.14 (12:30).My token no. Was 64.Till dt. I hv nt recd any single reply/call/msg. fm Co. Side.I hv given them various feedback on 59824. But all in vain.I am still waiting for my bal.Rs4.20.Which is my right.

I want my full talk time bal of Rs.4.20.My alternate no.is 9899508xxx.Simply I want my right back.
