My person went to make payment for the telephone bill in cash. They said they have stopped issuing receipts/acknowledgement for payment received
f Reliance Telephone does not give acknowledgement of payment received in Cash then how do I prove to the authorities that payment is made . I suspect that Reliance is not disclosing full revenue received and this may be the route by which they are doing it. Further I would like to know by not issuing the receipt they are avoiding the Stamp Duty.

Government should investigate the matter and if they are found guilty then their licence should be suspended
