On 1-Jun-2015, we purchased some materials from Star bazar, adajan, Surat. One of the item was car toy and the cost of the same was displayed as Rs. 799 and with a discount offer it was 499. We have purchased 2 nos as gift item. But during billing they have charged Rs. 799 each and the same has been noticed by us on next day. on the same day i.e. 2-Jun-15 we gone at their store and asked for the refunding the money as they charged extra on us. But they told that they will not refund any cash back but we can buy any items (cash memo attached herewith and item is under Sl No 1) for the amount which was Rs. 600. Within 10 minutes one of the person came to us and asked to bring back the toy and also told that without the same they will not allowed the money back. On repeated request by us we tried to convince that the same has been gifted to others they denied for the money back.

We clearly wants strong action against them and want the money back and also with the apology for misbehave, cheating and fraud
