STAR CJ Advertised Smart TAB MT Not Working on day 1

I HAVE PURCHASED SMARTTAB MT-12 ON BASIS OF STARCJ TV ADVERTISEMENT ON 6TH NOVEMBER 2012 ON CASH ON DELIVERY BASIS I TOOK THE DELIVERY ON 6TH NOVEMBER 2012 AFTER PAYING CASH OF RS.6999.00 AND I REGREAT TO INFORM THAT THE SAID SMARTTAB MT-12 WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY FROM DAY ONE AND I HAVE INFORMED THEM ACCORDINGLY AND I AM TOLD THAT THEY WILL RESOLVE IT AS AN EARLY DATE NOTHING MATERILISED TILL TODAY.I HAVE PURCHASED THE SAID PRODUCT AS PER ASSURANCE GIVEN BY STARCJ NETWORK AND GOT THE BETTER EXPERIENCE EARLIER. BUT THIS TIME THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO ANSER MY NUMBER OF E-MAILS NOR ANY INFORMATION AND I GOT THE TELEPHONE AND EMAIL ADDRESS IN PRODUCT BROCHER AND I ALSO EMAILED THEM NUMBER OF TIMES BUT ALL THE SOMEBODY FROM NEWDELHI TOLKED TO ME AND WANT ME TO SEND THE SAID PRODUCT BACK TO NEW DELHI WITHOUT TAKING ANY TRANSPORT/COURER DAMAGE. AND SO FAR THEY ARE NOT ANSERING MY EMAILS.

I WANT SAID PRODUCT TO BE REPLACED IMMIDEATLY OR SEND SERVICE ENGINER TO MY PLACE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT AND THAN IF NEEDED I CAN SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEIR NEW DELHI SERVICE OUTLET FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGE/IF ANY. OR I MAY BE GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE I HAVE LOST THE CONFIDENCE SINCE THEY BOTH STARCJ NETWORK OR THEIR SO CALLED SERVICE OUTLET
