I am very upset. I have purchased atom air cooler through starcj.com on june 09 2014 and rec it on june 11. Since then I am trying to communicate and asking them to provide me service but he isn’t answering at all their no. Are busy all the time and starcj is saying only vego can do further and they are also not providing any solution nor they let me to connect with their seniors. Plese sir /mam help me both the companies are cheating on customers.
I want my money back or product in working condition.
