I ordered the cooler which cost around 2790 with order number – 20140609044788 which was delivered on 10th June 2014, the product just worked for half an hour, so I complaint the starcj customer care, but after a long struggle to connect to them, they connect to the brand customer care after multiple follow-up they sent the support enginneer after 3 days, on the first day visit he says that the motor has some problem and went back, next day he came and took the cooler, but he never come back.

Now I want the starcj to payback the complete product cost and fine for letting us suffer
