I am having problem to recover my money from sterling holidays- membership id: 1213191. i had intimated on 06.03.14 for cancellation, but there is no response from sterling holiday management, i had talked telephonic ally but they had refused to pay back or return money. First they had deducted rs.18167 during registration and then on 07/03/14 first installment of approx rs 6000 was deducted and hard copy of documents was sent to me on 02.04.14 where no terms and conditions are mentioned for cancellation period or cancellation of membership, i had not used any of its products

Kindly help me out to recovery my money.
