I have been having difficulty getting my inverter repaired from past two three months, I have been following up with luminous customer care they assigned a service engg, however service engg first told we dont do battery water change u get it done by dealer, i called dealer dealer said no we dont do this u have to get it done by luminous only, again i called luminous they said u r battery is gone cant help u get it charged by out side we dont do, without even coming to my house n checking the product. I called service engg supervisor, AP luminous service heqd.. however no one listend and I m sufferring during current cuts, and feeling very lost in this scenario. I urge every one to please take this in a right direction and help to have things gets done ASAP.
