I am nipun agrawal working as an assistant manager in NTPC MOUDA, NAGPUR. I submitted the form for new FTTH connection in bsnl mouda 50 DAYS AGO and also paid the 1800 Rs 20 DAYS AGO.

I already got the receipt for my connection 25 days ago. Still my FTTH connection has not been given yet.

I have talked with many BSNL (Nagpur) personnels regarding it and my problem has not been resolved yet. I had a telephonic conversation with Mr Rekhde (9423078015) and Mr Pandit (9422662323. They have not co-operated with me regarding my problem from starting day.

Mr rekhde told me that he has not got the note for new connection yet but BSNL mouda office personnel Mr matey checked about my application status on his computer and informed me that my connection is still pending in Mr Rekhde’s side which Mr Rekhde has been denying for many days.

I have already paid my connection money and have got the receipt, why is my connection not being given. i am suffering daily because of it and paying heavy prices by using internet in near by net cafe.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
