I ordered 3 pair of sandals for 458Rs through net banking. I was shocked to find those are wrong sized. I asked for a refund. They told me to send it back on my own cost. I once again spent Rs 130. They have received the product and now not refunding anything. I have called the customer care many times and spent nearly 200Rs. Eveything in vain.Still after 1 month I didnt get any refund or replacement.I even sent a copy of bank statement as per their words. I think Yepme can beg instead of stealing. Kindly look into the matter with utmost urgency.
