SU-KAM – Battery not working replacement delayed

Dear Sir, I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company since last 15 days. I am a customer for the SU-KAM for the past 7 years. Recently purchased invert er has got some problem on 17th April and not charging the battery and I have registered complaint no- 16043389712 for the same on 18th April. But attended on 20th April and found fault in battery under AMC service. Again I checked with cust care on 20th april and got the Ranchi Service Centre contact number and told my complaint number. He said that it is not possible to attend the service in one or two days ,on monday representative visited to us and asked us to get the battery to service centre directly if need to be early replaced and also assured that it will be replaced within 7 days as found it was not working. So we went to the Ranchi service centre on Saturday (25th April) along with the battery and service center person Mr. Rajkumar received the same and told that it will be ready by next Monday and asked us to come by evening to collect the battery,but I’m yet to receive the status of the battery from the Service center(3rd May evening). Meanwhile I have been continuously requesting to all most all the su-kam representative including Branch Manager Mr Brajesh to arrange at least one service battery till it is replaced. But they trying to convince me that this service is only for Ranchi location and not for Bokaro. And this is lengthy process as it will go under 3-4 test before sending battery replacement approval to Gurgaon team. I requested him to not to take any deviation in your process and asked him to please follow ,but also just think the problem we have been facing since 17th April to till date with out inverter n battery. But he close the conversation saying that he need to check the status first and then will revert. I’ve spent around 1000 rs to bring this battery to the service center with negative result to my side. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the Customer support and writing this mail with lot of frustration and disappointment. Still I’m happy with the performance of your product since it didn’t give any hiccups in the last 2 years. But I fear that this incident may lead me to give negative reviews and comments about the SUKAM service and product. I expect a prompt reply at least for this post since I made lot of call to Toll free and Ranchi Service Center people. I trust this is not the way su-kam Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. Already 16 days passed without inverter as backup when power gone so Please do the needful and take necessary action to deliver my battery as soon as possible or if delayed please arrange a service battery at least.
