I puchased an inverter with battery both of sukam on 15/01/2013 from sales emporium. Now the problem is that the battery is not giving the backup as much suppose to be though I am not giving as such load. For that i lodge a complain at customer care number. The person came to resolve the problem told me that battery is defective and need to be replaced if it is in warranty period you have to send the original documents at the given address. I have done the same as per the process which he told me. Now when I called them today the reply i got is that it will not be replaced and ask me to talk to the dealer. Now my question is why I should talk to dealer? When I have shown all the documents in original and battery is in warranty period why it will be not replaced? Also the person visited to solve the problem did’nt instruct me that and for any problem I have to lodge the complain at sukam tollfree number as they are the product manufacturer not the distributor. Kindly look after this matter as only 1month left after which warranty period will be over.
