This is to complaint regarding passport office patna as after paying penalty & re-verification done by the authority, i am not getting my passport..Due to this pathetic & unethical behaviour of agency i could not appear in my IELTS exam & went back one precious year of my life & career..They are again filed penalty but not arranging verification..I am very much frustated & wandering to the agency n number of times but all goes in vain.. File Number : PA1067178218013.

I want nothing but my passport back on urgent basis..
