i had purchased the 7.5kva online UPS and within 45 day its not working and on 12-07-2014 i registered the complain and ask them to send the service engineer to see what had happened. Till now its 23-7-2014 but no service person contacted me and also i have given many complaints to the company but i dint got any response. Call for Service & Support 1800 102 4423 (Toll Free)

It is some problem happened after 45days of use maybe some technical issue. everyday i was getting Rs.1000.00 loss due to no work running as it is a BPO and training center. due to lot of power cut i purchased online ups to run 15 computers but now all work stopped because of power cut and service person not come repair.
