i have ordered a book for banking preparation on 5/7/2014 by online booking.my order no. is (#404-4333867-8329906). i have prepaid the payment. but i have gotten mail after some days that your order has been delayed.2-3 mails i have received. now they are saying they will deliver upto 1 aug.2014.i got frustration i can’t purchase from the market also.

i want my book as well as claim against website.
