TATA SKY – Extra Charges for Re-installation

Dear Sir/Madam, My TATA SKY Subscriber ID is 1017434927. I have raised a request for domestic relocation request number #E3E7M4N. The service was attended on 12th July, 2014 by TATA SKY service engineer. the engineer had charged INR 200/- which I had paid & he had not issued any receipt. Moreover on top of it TATA SKY had charged me INR 625/- more for the same service request. There are no new items used during re-installation as claimed by TATA SKY. My old dis antenna & cable are connected. Even though I have raised service request for inquiry with TATA SKY there is no result. Thanks & Regards, Priya Ranjan Nanda
