The complaint is regarding blackberry service. I had purchased Blackberry Z10 on 04-03-2014 with 18 months of warranty. Now the phone had stopped detecting a SIM so since I was not in town I asked my sister to take it to the service centre along with its invoice copy on 14-06-2014. She was told that it would take 15 days for the phone to get repaired. It has been 39 days now since I am yet to get my phone. Every time I call or visit they extend the time by 8-10 days and say its going to come from Chennai. Whenever I call, there is no response. Alternatively wrote emails to them but no reply. They also do not give communication means to contact for grievances on their website. How will a person complain in this regard then? Hence, I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
Such sloppiness and unprofessional behavior has serious consequences. I had taken this expensive smart phone so that I can keep up to date on my business meetings through email, reminders etc. Also other household payment reminders along with their tracking through mails. Now everything has stopped. Neither they offered me a phone which would be used as a replacement till I get my original phone repaired nor they are telling clearly when would I get the same. This has resulted in reputation loss amongst my clients and friends. How will the company pay for it?
