my friend sri deekshit garments booked a parcel to me from davangere(karnataka) in my name kuppuswamy to tirupur(tamilnadu)and sent me the waybill bearing consignment no:460620127(required for taking delivery),when i tried to track the parcel the status was shown in vrl logistics ltd., website that it was delivered at tirupur,so i thought that i would had taken delivery and forgot it due to oversight, but the vrl logistics ltd., people sent my goods to its unclaimed properties section,hubbali and sent an intimation to my friend(consignor-sri deekshit garments) after sending goods to unclaimed properties(they are supposed to send a notice and if and only if no reply has been received only they can send to unclaimed properties, but they just like that sent notice and sent to unclaimed properties,when inquired through phone they are saying that in website , the status will be shown as delivered at unclaimed properties section,hubbali but actually its showing delivered at tirupur

i want a sum of rs.10,000.00(rupees ten thousand) for the loss of money and mental tension caused due to the mistake and irresponsible behavior of the workers of vrl logistics ltd.,
