hi, i have ordered a product no 181369260, xolo mobile on dec 21, 2014, unfortunately the order was cancelled without my knowledge for unknown reason, once i received a message s “order 181369260 created, and gone for quality check, thanks for shopping”when i order and i haven’t received any mail from surplus regarding order cancellation n re fund of amount, may i know whats the status of it… i tried to mail their id support@surpluss.in and anytime@surpluss.in, but shows it fails permanently n no response… and i haven’t ordered any product after that, but after a week, a order 149431039 was created by them for cash on delivery, and it shows as its shipped for rs.4400, i dint know wants going on…, kindly give me the solution, thanks..
