Last month i buy two products from Shopclues as gift for my mother and brother expected date of delivery was 20 Dec for these orders but even by today didn’t got anything i mail and call shop clues for the same but they took no action on same, many time i call (near by 70 rs balance spent on to make calls) to courier company for the same to find that why there is too much delay then i talk to Mr. Jagat in Delhi office of Expan courier he gave me number of Mr. Harinder (Expan Chandigarh office.) 9915599xx and Mr. harinder told me that both courier packets are with them but they can’t deliver these and sending same to delhi but Shopclues employees (Deepak and Amrit) told me many days ago that within 24-48 hours you will get orders but there 24-48 hours consisting how many minutes i don’t know ???? Order within 1 week or money back with bonus money as my lot of time and money wasted in making calls to courier company which was duty of Shopclues peoples.
