I had purchased a Swipe MTV Volt 1000 Tablet on last 4th Nov 2013 from online store of filpkart. Just after eight months from the date of purchase, I had faced a problem to start the phone. I contacted my nearest service centre, Mobi Soft Telelink at 3A, 1st Floor, Madan Street, LIC Building, Kolkata, West Bengal on last 11th June 2014.Till now I have not received any service from them. When I have made them a call to get the details of my phone they are saying that the parts is not available to freeze the problem. when I mailed to swipe telecom they are saying that the parts is under quality control checking and not dispatched yet.
As i am with out any cell phone for last more than one month, I have lost lots of professional opportunity due to communication gap. This loss cant be quantifiable.
