I have recently got stitched a pent from the inhouse tailor of Raymond Shop in Ajmer. When the pent was delivered to me, I was surprised by the fact that it was short in length. Now, I don’t know what to do. Can I register a complaint in the Consumer Forum, Ajmer. If yes, what documentary evidences are required to be presented by me, as the bill-slip has been taken by the tailor at the time of delivery.
Also, what will be the approximate cost in the CASE.
