sir, i bought symphony cooler (sumo jr) on 30/04/14. Since then the cooler is not working properly and every i complain, the symphony technician comes and gives on or the other excuse. From 11/04/14 the cooler is not at all working. when i complained for the same no body came to attend the same and after 4 days my complain was closed saying that my where about is not known. I again had to register complain and this time a technician came and said the mother is not working and it will be replaced in 3 days. But after 4 days i received a message that my complain is closed because i have not given approval for estimated cost. Sir this is a case of harassment and amounts to cheating and strict action needs to be taken against symphony to teach them a lesson besides paying compensation.
