Hello, This is regarding the tata photon dongal(9034074xxx). I am not able to use it from 1st june 2014. Whenever i try to connect it it dosn’t work if some time it connects then speed is very very slow. Ihave registered complaint so many time with tata 3g customer care. There service is third class. They close the complaint without providing the solution. on every call the said it our engineer will visit you. But i couldn’t find him yet. May be my location is out of India for tata docomo. I will close this number. i am filing the complaint here so that you can bring this issue in the management knowledge so that other suffered people can get resolution soon

i do want to pay the bill for this month and want some strict action against the company
