dear sir, this is informing to you that. 1- i have made two on-line transactions from Hdfc bank to union bank Rs. 20000.00 each (rs. 40000.00)through using imps (bank a/c, name & ifsc), dated 06/06/2014. 2- i wanted to send the money in a/c no. 436502010005034 – shanti devi – union bank of India- (ifsc code -ubin0543659). 3- but the transaction were happened in a/c no. 4265020100005034- unknown- union bank of India. 4- as per rbi guidelines for online transaction need following details for transactions.\ a) account no. b) a/c holder name c) bank branch name d) bank branch ifsc code 5) bank has transfer money without matching the above details which illegal. 6) neither Hdfc bank branch manager nor union bank of India branch manager is supporting me to refund the money.

i want to get refunded my money rs. 40000.00 back.
