Debit Card No: 4033989029343909 Account No: 0000090292190005783 Date of transaction: 06/05/2013 Trace No: 9677 I used my Syndicate Debit card to withdraw money First from CANARA bank ATM machine at Inderpuri, New Delhi. After swiping my card I did not enter my PIN but I went to nearby Axis Bank ATM machine and entered my PIN and INR 7000/ to withdraw money because I felt AXIS Bank ATM machine is better. Transaction slip was out But cash was not dispensed from Axis bank ATM machine. Probably ere was error in the machine. After 4 days I saw that INR 7000/ has been debited from my Syndicate bank savings account. I approached customer care and they refereed to go to issuing Syndicate bank branch manager . I filed a transaction dispute complain at issuing bank but it was rejected saying that cash was dispensed from CANARA bank ATM machine. I re registered the complain but It took 2 months to reply and finally they rejected again and did not respond well and asked me the transaction slip which was unfortunately lost by that time. They are also hiding the details of the transaction. As I did not receive my money because cash was not dispensed from ATM machine how can I get back my money?

I want back my money 7000/ along with the compensation.
