For relocation from Bangalore to Kolkata, I asked 2 quotations from the Leostar , one for Single container sameday departure and 2nd for joint. I booked 1st option and they loaded materials in container. Here they cheated me. they took my materials in warehouse and unloaded. When they not reached in promised 5 days time, I have started calling them. first they were not picking the phone, later they started exceuses. Basically somehow they clubbed my shipment with someone and departed. They reached on 12th day, The truck driver & his assistant revealed that Leostar are playing with me as they have dispatched the materials after 6-7 days not on the same day. As per truck assistant: Leostar has not put in container, they put in truck with other. before reaching the destination,they are segregating the materials for 2 seperate parties in open areas in bypass of the city and putting in small truck. In all these 6 times loading and unloading process, they damaged the materials. When i complained to Leostar, they are threatening me and saying that “what ever you can do you do”. I have paid 20,000 INR more for single containers and same day departure and accordingly booked hotels for stay.

Hence whatever taxes they are collecting in the name of service tax & octrai, they are not depositing to Govt. If requires,I am ready to send the all the papers/photographs to prove their actions.
