I purchased a AC sleeper bus ticket (PNR No. 13287594, Ticket No. 3480) from RTS ROYAL TOURIST SERVICES PVT. LTD. Indore, (43 Jaora Compound, MY Hospital road, opp main gate) by paying Rupees 900/- cash, to travel from MUMBAI to INDORE. 1) The bus operator did not provided the Air Condition facility during my travel, for which he charged me in advance. Also when I complained, he completely refused to refund my ticket fair. 2) The bus came 2 hours late from the scheduled time of pick up, which caused me great inconvenience because I had to wait at pick up point in rain for more than 2 hours. 3) Bus operator charged me a amount more than the regular fair of AC bus due to 15th August holiday falling in continuation with the weekend holidays(Saturday and Sunday).

Full refund of my ticket fair & written apology from the bus operator.
