Risk Management book for CAIIB by Macmillan Publications ordered on 28th July.Book reaches on 3rd Aug.But the book delivered is a photocopy of the original book.On lodging complaint initially they assure to replace the book but say that the book is out of stock.10 days after that when I ask for refund they ask me to send the book back at my own expense,stating that they do not have a pick-up service at my location although they could deliver it to my location.

The FAKE book be picked from my location and the money being refunded at the earliest.Also compensation for the time loss caused by Flipkart and the agony I was made to go through.
