Lenovo – Non addressal of grievances by customer care

I bought Lenovo speakers in October,2012. It is under company warranty for one year. Since past few weeks it has been giving trouble and are not giving any sound output. I called there customer support number on 12 August to register complaint but the customer care did not have any information on how to handle products’ complaints other than laptop and desktop. I was given a number of their support center in Nehru Place by name of Neotech but noone responded on those numbers and remained switched off through out the day in spite of my repeated attempts. I also sent the email to the same customer support center but it bounced back. Also, the emails sent to lenovo are also not answered till now. I contacted Flipkart (from where I purchased those speakers) for help. They gave me lenovo support centres number closer to my house and the numbers were also working, which ironically Lenovo customer care was not aware of. But those centers also refused to take up my request unless directed by the main office to do so.

I want my product repaired
