On 07 01 2014, I had been to the ATM of Karnataka Bank, Banasawadi, Bangalore for withdrawal of Rs.15000/- by using the debit card issued by SyndicataeBank for my SB A/c After withdrawing Rs.10000/-, When I hit for withdrawing Rs.5000/-, the ATM didnot eject the cash. As I was badly in need of Rs.5000/- over and above Rs.10000/- which I had already in had through this ATM a few moment ago, I hit for the third time and at this juncture, I got Rs.5000/-. In all the cases, I received the alert message which read as “message downloaded” six times(Twice for each hit) I checked up with the SyndicateBank, Kalyannagar Branch and astonished to note that my a/c was debited with Rs.10000/-, Rs.5000/- and Rs.5000/- whereas I received Rs.15000/- only from the said ATM. I had complained with the SyndicateBank Kalyannagar, their Corporate Office, Card Centre, Syndnetbanking and Regional Office, Bangalore but could not recall Rs5000/- till now. Since it is more than 3 months, Please look into the matter and help in recovering the amount of Rs.5000/- with penalty and interest from the concerned, early.
