Vodafone – facing so many service issue not respond

I have taken post paid conection from vodafone on 10/01/2014 no. 8412033xxx, since starting I was facing so many service issue, for which I have made so many complaints on customer care via call and email but I have never received any satisfactory solution of than at last I have made mobile no. deactivation request on 08/02/2014 and around 15 time I have call customer care of vodafone to deactivate the no. but they did not respond me properly. now they are pressuring me to pay hugde bill for the month of feb and march for which I am not liable nor they are not sending me the scan copy of proposal form of my connection request which I sopose they have manupulated and gave me wrong plan for more billing. for safty purpose I have around 9 call record with call center aginst around 15 to 20 chate with them, and all email communication I have made to vodafone with their acknowledgment.

I just want to deactive this no. permanently and do not want to get any further call from this company.
