I feel like I was cheated by Airtel and/or its rep. I paid Rs. 149 for starting internet on my mobile phone on 11/1/12 but my internet service never got activated. I tried contacting the agent (Parekh Electronics on M.G. Road Pune) and sent several messages to Airtel but never could get a straight answer. The agent blamed it on Airtel for not doing its job. Hi, yesterday I started getting messages that I have downloaded some services(NightFight, HollywoodBeautyCenter etc) and for each service the charged 50 rupees. so in all Rs. 200 got deducted from my account balance. When I called customer care for the same they did not listen to my complaint and ended the call.
