Broadband Service

Bad Broadband Service , plus customer service was provide to me. 10 complaints was given to Relience and 1 Trouble Ticket no. of which 7-8 was only monday within two months , their signal is shut-down in evening of sunday and monday broadband and phone was dead. Customer care said ” Power was shut-down only by keeper where they had fix it”. Company don’t see their any fault. Continue reading

QOS for Tata Indicom Broadband Services

I am facing lot of problems Due to frequent cable cuts as said by customer service. I was able to use my connection in January 2009 only for max 6 days. Most of the times i was not getting link and link is there Tata was facing DSLM error at their end, so again no browsing at my end. In 2008 from Oct-Dec I think connection worked for only half the times. Continue reading
