Bad Broadband Service , plus customer service was provide to me. 10 complaints was given to Relience and 1 Trouble Ticket no. of which 7-8 was only monday within two months , their signal is shut-down in evening of sunday and monday broadband and phone was dead. I have subscribed for a broadband account in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand for the last four or five months. In the beginning they me told of a wrong plan and I kept on using it like an unlimited download subscription as promised, only to get monthly bills of over Rs 3000.
I am facing lot of problems Due to frequent cable cuts as said by customer service. I was able to use my connection in January 2009 only for max 6 days. Most of the times i was not getting link and link is there Tata was facing DSLM error at their end, so again no browsing at my end.
