I have buyed a steam Iron From Big Bazar about 2 month ago , It was faulty, I complaint to big bazar costomer center, they took Iron saying to send service center, but 40 days are left but IRON NOT COME BACK FROM SERIVICE CENTER, and right now big bajar costomer care officer is not responsing to me about any help plz tell me what can I Do , ?

Supply of Defective machine / Complaint lodged not being attended for last seven month

Electric Chimney was delivered at residence on 21.07.2009. Immediate after installation it was detected that one switch, meant for auto cleaning was not functioning.
