I Own a Washing machine-Sensation Classic of which I had Taken an AMC from the company valid till 2011,however even after making acomplaint in the month of May 2009 vide complaint no KL 0509006779 and further reapeted reminders the company has made no effort to rectify/repair the machine.I am also not getting a satisfactory reply
